Vega first appeared as a non-playable boss in Street Fighter II before becoming a playable character in the Champion Edition. Vega was a narcissistic bodyguard to M. Bison when he wasn't fighting. When Vega did fight, he wore the white mask that appears on this t-shirt. Vega wore the mask to protect his face from scarring because he thought he was so beautiful.
